London-based photographer with an interest in mental health and those who provide emotional support. Worked as a pensions’ actuary for 15 years, but then decided to pursue childhood interest in photography and graduated with a master’s degree in Photojournalism & Documentary Photography from the London College of Communication in 2017. Still working in pensions alongside photography.
Masters' project ‘First Duty’ is a photographic study of the Samaritans, highlighting their valuable support network to those in need, and has been exhibited in several venues across London and appeared on the BBC News website.
Also a founding member of the curation collective Chamber that most recently (2020, just before the first UK lockdown) held the successful exhibition Safe As Houses in Peckham about domestic abuse victims around the world, and then organised the charitable print sale Prints For Food during the early stages of the pandemic.
